Carnegie Council is pleased to announce that Carnegie Corporation of New York has awarded it a $500,000 two-year grant to continue to upgrade its online presence and expand its global outreach.
"We would like to thank Carnegie Corporation for this grant and for their support in previous years," says Carnegie Council President Joel H. Rosenthal. "Carnegie Council and Carnegie Corporation share the same goal—to promote ethics through global education. We are honored to work with the Corporation."
In response to the rapid evolution of technology, Carnegie Council has transformed itself into a global digital platform. It consists of three interrelated initiatives:
- Carnegie Ethics Studio, the Council's in-house production arm. The Studio creates radio and TV shows; online videos and audios; video and audio podcasts; YouTube clips; and live webcasts.
- Multimedia web presence, through two websites, a YouTube channel, and the "Fairer Globalization" blog. You can also connect with the Council through its Twitter and Facebook pages. Please go to: www.carnegiecouncil.org www.policyinnovations.org http://fairerglobalization.blogspot.com/
- The Global Ethics Network, which provides content to and solicits content and feedback from educational institutions worldwide.
