Aine Donovan is professor emerita of Dartmouth College. She held the inaugural Morris Chair in Applied Ethics, established the Ethics Institute, and taught ethics at the Tuck School of Business, the Geisel School of Medicine, and the Thayer School of Engineering.
Donovan's research emphasis, publications, and professional presentations are in the field of applied ethics. She has served as an ethics expert and consultant for multiple organizations and has been quoted by The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, ABC news, and many other news venues.
Donovan's current research is centering on the role of women and social activism in the 19th century Transcendentalist Movement.
