Bio
Alexander Stille is a San Paolo professor of international journalism at Columbia Journalism School. He is a regular contributor to the New Yorker and La Repubblica, one of Italy's most influential and widely read newspapers. Stille's books include Benevolence and Betrayal: Five Italian Jewish Families under Fascism and Excellent Cadavers: The Mafia and the Death of the First Italian Republic.
