Bio
Ann Rutledge is a founding principal of R&R Consulting, where she specializes in the valuation of structured debt, bond market development and exchange governance. She has served as the securitization expert for litigations initiated in the US and UK related to transactions involving the off-balance sheet financing of receivables. Rutledge is an adjunct associate finance professor at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
