Billy Pickett is social media manager, office of the president, at Eurasia Group. He was previously program and digital communications associate at Carnegie Council.
He holds a MA with merit in international relations and world order from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom. He also holds a BA in international studies with a European concentration and a minor in political science as a member of Sigma Iota Rho from Fordham University at Lincoln Center. Pickett complimented his undergraduate education by studying at the Pontifical Irish College of Rome and Heythrop College, University of London. His research explored the ways in which populist parties use appeals to national identity to promote distrust in multilateral institutions.
