Bio
Catharin Dalpino is visiting fellow in Southeast Asian studies at Johns Hopkins University's School of Advanced International Studies.
Dalpino has taught at the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. Previously, she was a Scholar at the Brookings Institution. She has also served as a Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, at the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor, U.S. Department of Starte.
