Bio
David C. Hendrickson has taught at Colorado College since 1983, and was chair of the Political Science department from 2000 to 2003.
He is the author or coauthor of seven books, including Peace Pact: The Lost World of the American Founding (2003) and Union, Nation, or Empire? The American Approach to International Relations (2009). His essays on American power have appeared in The National Interest, World Policy Journal, Orbis, and Foreign Affairs.
