David Miles is a Carnegie Scholar at the University of St Andrews researching the relationship between judicial review and majoritarianism within Anglo-American and German constitutionalism.
He is an associate fellow at The Centre for Global Constitutionalism, and is managing editor of Global Politics Magazine.
