David Nasaw is Arthur M. Schlesinger, Jr. Distinguished Professor of History at CUNY Graduate Center. He has served on the doctoral faculty at the Graduate Center since 1990.

His books include The Last Million, The Patriarch, and Andrew Carnegie.
