David Salpeter is director, distressed debt at Citigroup Corporate and Investment Bank. He has marketed, negotiated, and closed structured debt financings in emerging markets with an aggregate value of over $1.5 billion. Previously, Salpeter was a consultant at Accenture where he led a seven member Internet solutions development team that was responsible for building software systems for major communications, media, and entertainment clients.
