Harold Hongju Koh is Sterling Professor of International Law at Yale Law School. From 2009 to 2013, Koh was the 22nd legal adviser of the U.S. Department of State. From 2009 to 2013, he was the 22nd legal adviser to the United States Department of State and from 2004 to 2009 he was Yale Law School's 15th dean.
