Bio
Jefferson Plantilla is a human rights educator. A lawyer by profession, he has worked with Structural Alternative Legal Assistance for the Grassroots (Philippines), providing legal and casework assistance, and serving in an executive capacity. He is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of ARRC and of Human Rights Education Associates (HREA), and a member of the international advisory committee of Justice Without Borders. He is a Chief Researcher of the Asia-Pacific Human Rights Information Center (HURIGHTS OSAKA).
