Lucinda O'Hanlon is a human rights lawyer from the United States. She is program officer for the Violence Against Women Programme, World Organisation Against Torture (OMCT), where she has worked since 2002. She researches, writes appeals, and produces reports on violence against women for UN treaty-monitoring bodies.
