Max Cuéllar is a senior associate with the international management consulting firm Booz & Company and works with clients in the media, consumer, and not-for-profit sectors. His client work focuses on strategies for achieving growth, operating efficiencies, and capabilities development.
Recently, he has supported the development of a partnership strategy between leading non-governmental organizations and a major trade association focused on broader adoption of sustainable trade practices, and led a market-needs study to assess the potential role of a sustainable trade broker in the global seafood sector.
Cuéllar has contributed to several Booz & Company articles and studies, most recently "After Winter Comes Spring—Navigating the Recession with Eyes Wide Open."
