Negar Rachel Treister is a New York–based freelance editor and consultant, specializing in the Middle East and Africa. She received an M.A. in international affairs from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, where she focused on energy policy, and a B.A. in history and English from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Negar was a Global Policy Innovations intern in 2006.
