Bio
Peter R. Baehr is professor emeritus of human rights at Utrecht University, Netherlands.
His books include Role of Human Rights in Foreign Policy (with Monique C. Castermans-Holleman, 2004) and Dictatorship in History and Theory: Bonapartism, Caesarism, and Totalitarianism (Editor with Melvin Richter, 2003).
