Raul Salgado Espinoza is a professor of international relations at The Latin American Faculty of Social Science (FLACSO Ecuador). He was appointed as a full-professor of political thought and foreign policy analysis at FLACSO Ecuador in 2014 and has been there since. He was a visiting scholar in the Rule of Law Institute at the Loyola University Chicago, and his areas of research includes ethics and international relations in Latin America, the rule of law in Latin America, Latin American international political thought, and foreign policy in Latin America.
