Bio
Rosemary J. Coombe, a Tier One Canada Research Chair in Law, Communication, and Culture at York University in Toronto, has published numerous books and articles exploring the cultural implications of intellectual property law and its globalization as a field of material and rhetorical power.
Among these is The Cultural Life of Intellectual Properties: Authorship, Appropriation and the Law (1998).
