Bio
Dr. Sergey Luzianin is professor and deputy director of the Institute of the Far East, Russian Academy of Sciences, where he directs the Center for Strategic Problems of North East Asia and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. He is also professor of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations, the diplomatic school of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
